According to a survey over 50 percent of youth in our country are not physically active on a daily basis fitness. This is an alarming statistics. Being inactive makes you vulnerable to many diseases and health issues. The chance of having a heart stroke increased drastically by 70 %. The most common among all is the obesity. Even school going children have become inactive and facing several health issues.
We can avoid all these health hazards by doing some of the basic exercise at our home. First thing you need to do is to create a workout plan, set a target and try to achieve it. Start your workout from the very basic exercises like stretching followed by gentle push ups, split squat, bench press and even a plank.
You can also do yoga along with it. Workout makes you feel more energized and cheerful, it releases endorphins into the blood which also releases stress. If you have a busy schedule and cannot afford to work out daily then do at least thrice in a week, and remain active by walking, cycling. Say no to elevators or escalators and if possible always use stairs.
Take jump rope challenge, jump rope double turn manoeuvre. Do a 10 minutes cardio or sculpt session. Hop on while holding a three to five pounds of dumbbell in each hand. Do a one minute set of each biceps curls, triceps extension, shoulder presses, side laterals, front laterals and standing kickbacks one after the other as you walk.
